| Annual Cleanout | In the spring it is a good idea to clean your pond out of any debris that settled in the pond over the winter. We can come and drain your pond, spray it down and fill it back up within a couple of hours. It will then be clean and ready for your summer enjoyment. |
| Custom Installation | When first designing your pond, we sit down with you at your home to determine what type of pond will satisfy both your wants and needs. A pond that is functional and asthetically pleasing to the eye is a pond that will give you the most enjoyment. We also want to make sure you can see and hear your pond from as many rooms in your house as possible. This ensures tranquility will exist in your entire home. |
| Custom Rehabilitation | If you already have a pond but feel it's too much work, we can help. We can remove your existing pond and replace it with an Aquascape system. This will reduce the time and effort needed to keep your pond looking great. We can put your new pond back in the exact place your original pond was, or we can create something new. It's all up to you. |
| On Site Consulting | If you are a do-it-yourselfer but feel you would like some guidance, we can assist you during the construction by sending a consultant to work along side you through each step of the pond installation. This way you can still tell people you put your pond in all by yourself. |
| Fall Cleanout | Some pond owners elect to have a fall cleanout done as well. If you have a lot of leaves or pine needles that collect in the pond during the fall months, it might be a good idea to get them cleaned out in the fall. As they break down during the winter, they put nutrients into the pond that will be there in the spring to feed the algea. Not all of these nutrients can be removed with a spring cleanout. |
| Pond Sitting | We have many customers that travel during the summer months or head to Florida during the winter months. To ensure their pond will still be working correctly when they get back, they hire us to stop in regularly to check the water level and skimmer net. Our visits can be set up to be as frequent as you feel necessary. This makes one less thing for you to worry about while you are away from home. |
| Winter Preparation and/or Shut Down | We take away the work of getting ready for the winter season. Your filter media should be removed from both the Biofalls and the skimmer box. For those people who elect to shut down their waterfalls and streams, we evacuate the plumbing so the pipes do not freeze and crack. We clean the filter media and get it ready for storage. We trim back any plants that have gotten too big for your pond, and we clean out any larger debris we might find. All of this is to get your pond ready for your fish, so they can stay in the pond all winter. |
| Regular or Periodical Maintenance | Even though our ponds do not require a lot of maintenance, some of our customers ask us to come and check their pond on a regular basis. Our time may include cleaning debris out of the skimmer net, cleaning debris out of the pond, adding water to the pond, adding the natural bacteria to the system or doing an SAB treatment if needed. |
